West Sussex’s chalky Downs are home to a number of award winning vineyards. South facing slopes and plenty of sunshine make West Sussex an ideal combination that enables the county’s wineries to produce some delightful still and sparkling wines.

Trotton Estates
The medal winning Trotton Estates vineyard was first planted in 2013 and expanded in 2015. The vineyard produces wine from the grapes of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, with still wine coming from the grapes of Bacchus and Pinot Gris.

Stopham Vineyard
Planted in 2007 Stopham Vineyard is in a beautiful location in the South Downs. Producing white wines from the grapes of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois and Bacchus, the vineyard also makes sparking wine from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Mannings Heath Vineyard
Sitting in 50 acres of West Sussex countryside the Mannings Heath Vineyard specialises in the production of white wine. Take a golf buggy ride to tour the vineyard before returning to enjoy a tasting experience.
