Colour Rush 2025

The Colour Rush will take place at Trinity Park, Ipswich. There are two trails to choose from:
– A 3k trail (11.15am start) open to the whole family (age 6+)
– 1.5k trail (11.30am start) ideal for juniors (age 4 – 6 years) and their supporting adults

Colour Rush sees participants in white t shirts walk, jog, or run through a variety of coloured paint stations, getting covered shoulder to knee in bright powdered paint!

3k is ideal for families or groups having a go at their first run. It’s a fun event for everyone with no pressure to finish in a certain time. Our junior trail (1.5k), is perfect for our youngest runners.

All participants will receive a bespoke medal and enjoy the sense of achievement from supporting Suffolk Mind.
