China Crisis ‘Flaunt the Imperfections’ 40th Anniversary Tour

A highlight of our 2025 schedule will doubtless be the very special show China Crisis is bringing to Shrewsbury as part of a world tour to celebrate the ruby anniversary of their watershed classic and perpetual fan-favourite 1985 release, Flaunt the Imperfection.

Featuring hits including“Black Man Ray”and “King in a Catholic Style” and produced by legendary Steely Dan founder Walter Becker, Flaunt the Imperfection has been called everything from “soaring sophistipop” to “wistful and yearning”, and had songs described as diversely as “giddily upbeat” to having a “cinematic, ambient mood”.
