South Downs Festival of Food, Fizz and Firkins

We are thrilled to be hosting the South Downs Festival of Food Fizz & Firkins 2025 here at the brewery.
What a wonderful array of stalls! A smorgasbord of vendors will excite your tastebuds with their local sparkling wines, craft ales, ciders, and gins; their gourmet sushi, award-winning cheeses, their honey and delectable sorbets and ice creams and chocolates.

West Sussex is quickly becoming world famous for our wines and sparkling wines, and we are proud to feature vineyards from here and nearby.
The vendors will also be giving fascinating talks, including about the history of gin, sustainable wine production, beer brewing, and the life of bees.
