- Entry is restricted to 1 entry per person per competition (via The Tourist Trail Website)
- The prize draw for the giveaway will be held on the week starting 1st January 2025, with every valid entry having an equal chance of being selected at random
- No cash alternative to the prize will be offered
- It is the responsibility of the prize provider to honour the prize
- The Tourist Trail is not liable for the prize not being honoured by the prize provider for any reason and will not offer any compensation for failure of the prize being honoured
