Redwings Oxhill

Redwings Oxhill is situated in the gorgeous Warwickshire countryside and boasts some beautiful views across the county.

The centre, which is a Visit England Quality Assured Attraction, provides a place of sanctuary to almost 90 horses, ponies and donkeys, including fluffy donkey Arya and cuddly cob Rumpel.

Cafe & Gift Shop

After a relaxing stroll, you can enjoy a takeaway warm cuppa and tasty snacks from Major’s Café. The play area remains closed for now, but our on-site gift shop which offers a wide range of souvenirs is open, with all proceeds supporting the hundreds of animals in Redwings’ care.

Visiting

Redwings Oxhill is open every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday all year round, 10am to 4pm (closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays).

Entry and parking are free, but donations of all sizes can really support the charity’s work and we’re so grateful for anything you’re able to give. Dogs on leads are welcome.

Having met the centre’s lovable residents, you might like to sponsor one of the charity’s adorable Adoption Stars. Available from just £15 per year, you can adopt for yourself or as a thoughtful gift for a friend or loved one.

Redwings Oxhill is home to four Adoption Stars, including Shire horse Lady! Lady was just a year old when her mum and 17 other Shire horses were left to fly-graze. Rescuing the group took 15 hours and involved several charities! Lady and her friends who came to Redwings were named after butterflies. They will never have to suffer from an uncertain future again.
