We offer wood burning hot tubs, a wellness studio, wood burning sauna, tennis court, games room and endless walking.

Stay in our newly finished contemporary cabins or in our more traditional cottages.

We are a small farm nestled between the villages of Abernyte and Kinnaird, with an elevated position offering panoramic views of the surrounding rolling countryside – yet only 20 minutes by car from Perth or Dundee city centres.
