Located outside the pretty Norfolk village of Great Massingham <30 minutes drive from the stunning Norfolk coast. Whether you wish to go walking, cycling, visit the beach, the many local attractions, or simply recharge your batteries in a tranquil setting, we offer the ideal base.

Our B&B offers king-size and twin rooms inclusive of full English breakfast. Our cottages are superbly equipped with all you need for a relaxing home-from-home stay. They are very dog friendly but don’t compromise on comfort and style. Guests are welcome to meet and walk with our resident alpacas on the many pathways surrounding us.
