Surrounded by fields of green and the occasional whistle of the steam train as it passes by.

This peaceful spot is perfect for walkers with the Cotswold Way footpath less than half a mile away and a multitude of walks close by.

Outbak sits within its own private decked area with beautiful views and big skies. It becomes a real suntrap in the summer months as the sun moves around and occasionally in the distance you might spot the single jet gravity fed fountain as it shoots 300 metres into the air at Stanway House.
