Nurture meets nature with our small batch of spirits inspired by the surrounding meadowland and agroforestry.

This authentic organic distillery is a tribute to the meadowland on the organic family farm, where many of the organic botanicals are grown specifically for the gin recipes, fulfilling a family dream of organic agroforestry.

With spirit, passion, drive, imagination and meticulous attention to detail with respect to the land, nature, our neighbours, to each other, this is a distillery that enhances the prosperity of nature and the environment, through the processes of agroforestry and sustainability farming practices, to produce excellent and highly eminent farm-to-glass spirits.

Our Spirits

Heartwood of Oak Moor Meadow Gin
A celebration of ‘place’, this gin is inspired by the meadowland on our organic family farm and features 11 botanicals found within the immediate landscape.

Our Botanicals include Juniper; Coriander; Angelica Root; Wood Avens Root; Dandelion Root; Meadowsweet; Chamomile; Red Clover; Blackberry Leaf; Rowan Berry; Elderberry; Oak Bark & Sheep’s Sorrel.

Gin School & Distillery Tour Experience

Come and spend a couple of hours with us, hear our story, learn about our processes, sample a couple of G&T’s & make your very own 70cl bottle of gin to take home!

Hilda

Hilda is our refurbished and converted 1978 Elddis Mistral Caravan! She is available for private hire; weddings; corporate events and other functions. Whatever your event, Wedding; Birthday Party; Charity Fundraiser or Corporate Function, we can provide a fully licensed bar with trained staff, bespoke drinks menus & signage to suit your event.
