Ty Barcud Glamping Pod | Wales
On the edge of the Cambrian Mountains, where the foothills fold away towards Cardigan Bay, there’s a perfectly private glamping site just for 2 adults. Comprised of a single, cedar-clad pod and facing out across the Ystywth valley, the site – Tŷ Barcud – offers a teeny tiny slice of Wales just for two and is the perfect location to explore the wonderfully quiet and tranquil county of Ceredigion.
Set in a meadow behind the house in the tiny hamlet of Cnwch Coch the pod has a modern feel. Its circular, double-glazed, glass face, peeps out from the brow of the rounded wooden structure and offers constant views of the changing landscape beyond. There’s a well equipped kitchen area and plenty of complimentary treats, including a welcome basket of local produce on your arrival.
If you want some privacy, wonderful views and a good location as a base for sightseeing, bird watching, cycling, coastal and hill walking whilst escaping the pressures of modern day life then Ty Barcud may be the place for you.
