For an educational and fun day out, visit the Ravenglass & Eskdale Steam Railway.

One of the oldest and longest narrow gauge railways in England, the journey lasts around 40 minutes each way, and takes you through the stunning scenery of the the Lake District UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Dogs are welcome on the train for a small charge.
