Northern Ireland is a small country which is part of the UK and is not attached connected to mainland. If you are travelling to Northern Ireland from mainland UK you can fly, but taking the boat is more fun and you might even see dolphins!!

Even though Northern Ireland is a small country, about one fifth the size of Scotland, it has some beautiful scenery including hills, loughs and historical and fantastical places of interest.

Northern Ireland is a beautiful and fun place even though I have been many times before I all ways enjoy visiting there and look forward to going back. Some of the thing I love doing is some indoor and outdoor activities walking up hills with my dad also going to see places with great historical importance.

Another one of my favourite things to do is photography. I haven’t been doing this very long so don’t have a favourite type of photograph yet. I really enjoy trying to take photos of different things, such as places and animals.

There are so many things to do and that I enjoy doing in Northern Ireland it would be impossible to list them all here. But these are some of my favourites I like hill walking I would like to climb Slieve Gullion, Slieve Bearnagh, Slieve Donard and Slieve Binnian with my dad it is good fun seeing how high you are when you are at the top. It is also good fun to spend time with my dad but you better hope you do it on a nice warm day.

A day full of photos at Belfast zoo, the giant’s causeway, at marble arch caves and at titanic building, is amazing fun taking different photos and learning all about the different angles and different lenses for the camera. Another fun filed day is going to W5. W5 is a fun and educational place for kids to explore the 5 w’s What, When, Where, Why and Who.

While in Belfast you can go shopping in Belfast shopping centre these activities are good for when the weather is a little bit cold but is not raining. Take a splash in the cold water and go and do Let’s Go Hydro Water sports and The Lake, Kilrea, Coleraine I love doing water activities it is good fun to get a wee bit wet but these activities are for days that are nice and sunny so do it in the summer. All these activities like awesome water inflatables, look great fun and I would love to do them.

That is only some of the fun activities in Northern Ireland, the people are really kind and it is great spending time with friends and family there doing interesting things.
