Burgh Island is a tidal island on the coast of South Devon. It is my dream holiday destination because of its warm climate and picturesque scenery. This location is captivating and you can go on long, enchanting bike rides and walks through their beautiful terrain. If I were to go and visit Burgh Island, the first few things I would like to achieve would be to go surfing in the crystal blue sea, rock climbing on the intimidating cliffs, and to take interesting photos of the stunning views that would surround me.
I chose Burgh Island as my dream holiday destination not just because of its beautiful views and weather, I chose it because of what I imagined I could accomplish and achieve there. I chose it because I enjoy outdoor activities, and there, I could go surfing in the clear, translucent waters every morning and feel the sand squelching through my toes, I could visit the mermaid pool and take a swim in the warm, maya blue sea, I could even have a go on the venturous sea tractor! Burgh Island is my dream holiday location because of all of the enjoyable activities I could get up to. I can already imagine myself there, on that wondrous island, I can feel the soft breeze rushing through my hair, I can see the waves crashing vigorously, and I can hear the sound of birds chirping happily. What more could I ask for? This is my dream holiday destination because it caught my eye, because I can imagine myself there, because, It almost sounds imaginary!
Burgh Island is my dream holiday location. It is where I can visualise myself in a home away from home. I could learn so much there. One of my favourite authors, Agatha Christie, stayed in the Burgh Island hotel and got inspiration for her book, Evil Under the Sun. Burgh Island is a truly magical place, to me it sounds almost too good to be true! If I ever go and explore the glorious Burgh Island, it will certainly conjure up this story that I have written. I would like to say that I will most definitely achieve the targets I have set myself. Burgh Island is my Dream holiday destination, and one day, I have yet to explore the wonders of this truly magnificent island. Until then, I shall continue to day dream about this magical adventure.
